Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step)
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
  • A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
  • Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
  • Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
  • Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
  • Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance
  • Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team
