Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
A hands-on leader who leads by example and puts people first.
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, goal-setting, and strategic planning.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Own restaurant success by managing profitability, cost controls, and business strategy.
Develop and manage budgets, labor schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Lead the restaurant through continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
Support local schools, organizations, and charities, making an impact beyond the restaurant doors.
