Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and puts people first.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, goal-setting, and strategic planning.
  • A passion for coaching and developing teams, with a track record of building leaders.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and crew members, cultivating a supportive, high-performance culture.
  • Develop future leaders by coaching and growing team members at all levels.
  • Set clear goals and expectations while providing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
  • Foster an inclusive, family-oriented work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Create a guest-first culture, ensuring fast, friendly, and memorable service.
  • Empower the team to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • Be a champion of guest feedback, resolving concerns with urgency and care.
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, quality, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Own restaurant success by managing profitability, cost controls, and business strategy.
  • Develop and manage budgets, labor schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
  • Lead the restaurant through continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Support local schools, organizations, and charities, making an impact beyond the restaurant doors.
  • Be a McDonald’s brand ambassador, representing Carr Family values in everything you do.
  • Foster a welcoming environment where both employees and guests feel at home.
