Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members. The role involves managing store operations, driving results through cost controls, inventory management, food standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. Key responsibilities also include recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, ensuring food and team member safety, providing excellent customer service, and increasing sales and profit potential. The ideal candidate will have prior management or similar experience, customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school education or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include fast food/quick service restaurant experience. The position requires leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, as well as experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
