About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to efficiently run their store, take care of customers, and support team members. The role involves managing all aspects of store operations, driving results, and ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The General Manager is also responsible for staff recruitment, development, and retention, providing excellent customer service, and working to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
