Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set an example and ensure 100% adherence to all policies and procedures by the crew.
Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling.
Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to standards.
Ensure great customer service, attendance, and punctuality.
Manage transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
Handle marketing and profitability.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Deliver product by car to customer doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
