About The Position

Supervise and manage all aspects of gaming tavern operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall gaming experience. Oversee inventory control for food and beverage services, ensuring adequate supplies while minimizing waste. Manage team performance through effective training, coaching, and development of staff in customer service and operational procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food handling and service in conjunction with gaming activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the gaming area, including adherence to health and safety standards. Monitor financial transactions related to gaming operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and accountability. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
  • Experience in food service or quick-service fast food restaurant environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and kitchen operations is desirable.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
