Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a comparable chef-driven or elevated dining concept
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of high touch hospitality and guest engagement
  • Ability to perform and lead effectively in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead all front of house operations with a focus on elevated service and exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand expectations.
  • Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of aBOH operations, including menu development/training and rollout, labor management, performance management and more.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing hospitality team
  • Maintain strong floor leadership during service and uphold service standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, cost controls, and operational performance
  • Foster a positive and professional team culture rooted in hospitality and accountability
  • Work with leadership on meetings, reviews, admin expectations.
  • Engage, support and contribute with all onsite, offsite events and pop ups.
  • Work on local community engagement and marketing.
