About The Position

This General Manager position at Domino's Pizza is for a natural leader who can oversee all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. Requirements

  • Physical ability to carry large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray), pizzas and beverages during delivery.
  • Physical ability to push trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force).
  • Physical ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Physical ability for stooping/bending (forward bending at the waist at pizza assembly station, front counter, stocking ingredients).
  • Physical ability for crouching/squatting (occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas).
  • Physical ability for continuous reaching (up, down, forward, above 72" occasionally, down for scooping/washing, forward for toppings/cleaning/phones).
  • Essential eye-hand coordination.
  • Continuous use of hands, with frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Far vision and night vision for driving.
  • Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
