About The Position

They are expected to set the tone and example for the store and be fully engaged. The role involves leading a team, managing all store operations, assisting walk-in customers, operating the cash register, making products quickly and accurately according to portion sizes and recipes, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Requirements

Florida drivers' license
Reliable insured vehicle
Experience leading a team
Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
A great role model
At least 18 years old

Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a Team during your shift
