About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently running the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members. This role encompasses managing all store operations, driving results through cost controls and inventory management, maintaining food and image standards, and ensuring store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. Key responsibilities also include recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, managing food and team member safety, providing best-in-class customer service, and increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
