About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The primary goal of this role is to efficiently run the store, ensure excellent customer care, and provide support to team members. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including cost controls, inventory management, food quality, maintaining image standards, and ensuring store cleanliness. Key responsibilities also include recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, managing food safety and team member safety protocols, delivering best-in-class customer service, and actively working to increase sales and profit potential for the store.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
Customer Service experience (required)
Valid driver's license (required)
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
