About The Position

General Managers are responsible for assisting the drive-in’s in managing the operations of the drive-in. You will also be involved in training and supporting the drive-in employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner. Our goal is to provide each and every one of our guests with an enjoyable dining experience every time they come to Sonic! As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or drive-thru environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food service industry
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic
