About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Bethalto, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives Manage overall operations and make key decisions to ensure business success Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed Represent the company at industry events and in business negotiations
