Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the airline and international air freight industry
• At least 3 years of ground handling and strong operations experience
• Well versed in the aircraft operations
• In-depth communication, management and demonstrated leadership ability
• Proven success records in setting and achieving goals and targets
• Knowledge of computer software such as MS Work/Excel
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Good decision making and time management skills
• Experience in dealing with Local, Sales and Federal government agencies including suppliers.
• Management and Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Strong communications skill

• Develop, implement and monitor the operational plans for our customer portfolio
• Work on all levels in the organization and with widely differing groups of people
• Communicate with all Government Authorities for the compliance of aviation and local laws
• Responsible for all aspects of the location budget and total oversight of the location
