This General Manager position offers a pay range of $17.13 - $26 an hour, with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. The company provides Paid Sick Leave per WA State law, and qualifying full-time employees are offered employer-sponsored medical benefits and Paid Vacation. Employees can advance at their own pace through a "promote from within" management steps program and enjoy Employee Discounts. The role encompasses general store operations, including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facilities. Additionally, for team members in management positions, responsibilities extend to product delivery by car to customer doors, and distributing flyers and door hangers. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills are crucial for reading maps and locating addresses within the designated delivery area, and for navigating diverse terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products. Delivery duties involve carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a specific area, and potentially navigating five or more flights of stairs.
