As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the operational success of the hotel. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, managing expenses, and fostering a team that is committed to delivering exceptional service. Requirements

Previous General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is required
Brand Hotel experience, preferably with Marriott
Strong ability to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Experience in financial management, including P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain guest relationships
Competency in managing all departments of the hotel including rooms division, sales, and F&B
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service
