Requirements

1+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience – You’ve done this before and know your way around a kitchen & a P&L.
Natural Leadership – People love working with you, and you know how to bring out their best.
A Sales & Strategy Ninja – You find ways to boost business and keep costs in check.
Someone Who Can Handle the Heat – Both from the kitchen and in fast-paced situations.
Weekend & Night Availability – That’s when the magic happens!
Physically Up for the Challenge – Can lift 50 lbs and rock a 12-hour shift when needed.

Keeping the Subs & Smiles Flowing – Make sure every guest leaves full & happy.
Driving Restaurant Success – Manage food & labor costs, optimize operations, and grow sales
Owning the Numbers – Understand the Profit & Loss statement, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Community Superhero Work – Get involved in local events and support our Public Safety Foundation.
Solving Problems on the Fly – Because “smooth sailing” isn’t always a thing in restaurants!
Keeping It All Running Smoothly – Ensure compliance with Firehouse Subs standards and all safety regulations.
