This is more than running a restaurant. As General Manager, you’ll own the full operation of our Riverside location, from Hangar 24 team culture to guest experience to financial performance. Requirements
- 3–5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (GM or strong AGM ready to step up)
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop people
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- Passion for hospitality, team culture, and guest experience
Nice To Haves
- Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taproom, and guest experience
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across front and back of house
- Drive a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs
- Own financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls
- Partner with leadership on events, promotions, and local community engagement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Solve problems in real time and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence
