About The Position

ADM Security Solutions is seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead and grow our security guard company’s Austin branch. In this critical leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of branch performance, operations, client management, employee engagement, business development, and financial growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, service, and performance. This position is an excellent opportunity for significant additional compensation based on new sales commission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of general management experience (Branch Manager, Director of Operations, District Manager, General Manager or similar) overseeing contract security guards (10,000+ hours/week preferred)
  • Experience in operations, account management, financial oversight, and team leadership
  • Must have experience with business development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to remain flexible and on-call 24/7 for critical branch matters
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day branch operations to meet business, staffing, and service goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, payroll, billing, and cost control
  • Ensure contract compliance, licensing adherence, and regulatory oversight
  • Performing all business development and marketing activities in assigned territory including identification of potential contracts which meet the company’s market model by performing territory prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, generate new contract sales in diverse markets with a focus on Industrial, Commercial Realty, Residential, and Higher Education
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site-level leadership teams and frontline employees
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and after-hours/weekend inspections
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives
  • Partner with corporate and division teams on strategic planning and implementation
  • Represent ADM in community outreach and local public safety partnerships
