About The Position

Bagel Brands is building a pipeline of experienced General Managers for future leadership opportunities across their bakeries, including Bruegger’s Bagels, Einstein Bros. Requirements

• 2–3+ years of General Manager experience
• Strong leadership, operational, and people development skills
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Desire to grow within a company that invests in its people

Responsibilities

• Own overall bakery performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience through strong operational execution
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Build a strong bench by developing future leaders
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations
• Lead with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and results
