About The Position
Drive Your Career Forward with Nucar Automotive Group Nucar Automotive Group is looking for a high-performing, results-driven General Manager to lead our Nucar Plymouth Ford dealership , including a fully operational Collision Center . This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic, growth-oriented store backed by one of the fastest-growing automotive groups in the region. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the dealership and collision center. You'll set the tone for culture, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven success as a General Manager or high-level GSM/Fixed Ops leader in automotive retail
- Strong understanding of Ford operations (preferred but not required)
- Experience managing or overseeing a collision center/body shop
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, service absorption, and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong financial acumen
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Nice To Haves
- Strong understanding of Ford operations (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership operations: Sales, Service, Parts, and Collision Center
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Maintain compliance with OEM standards and company policies
- Build strong community relationships and brand presence
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
