Help build the best Crew at Jersey Mike’s — Lodi, CA ?? ( This Store will be located in Lodi, CA) We’re opening our first Jersey Mike’s in Lodi , and we’re looking for a General Manager to help lead the charge. A little Jersey Mike’s history: Jersey Mike’s started in 1956 as a small sub shop on the Jersey Shore and was built on one simple idea—serve authentic, great-tasting subs while treating people the right way. That mindset still drives everything we do today. Our “A Sub Above” standard, culture of giving back, and focus on growing our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re Hiring: General Manager As General Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day success of the store—from team leadership and operations to customer experience and community connection. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, brings positive energy, and takes pride in building a strong, motivated team.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and people-focused leader
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 1–2+ years of QSR or restaurant management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old (slicer required)
• Food Handler / ServSafe certified
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Set the tone for outstanding customer service (with a great big smile )
• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and food quality
• Hire, train, schedule, and retain top talent
• Manage inventory, ordering, and labor
• Open and close the store; serve as a key holder
• Ensure operational standards, accountability, and integrity
• Step in wherever needed—from slicing to prep to service
• Drive team engagement and participate in leadership meetings
