About The Position

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader to join Zamp as a AI Solution Manager (ASM) / General Manager (GM), owning Enterprise customers end-to-end with full P&L responsibility. You'll be accountable for revenue targets, customer success, and operational excellence - essentially running your own business within Zamp. This role is for someone who wants to build, not just manage; who obsesses over customers and outcomes, not activity. This role carries real accountability - you will make tradeoffs, own decisions, and be measured on outcomes. You will operate within a pod-based model, where each pod consists of 5-6 members is overseen by a GM. You'll work closely with the founding team while having significant autonomy to make decisions, hire your team, and chart the path to hitting your numbers. If you've wanted to run a business but with the backing of a well-funded, fast-growing company - this is it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in roles where you owned outcomes (revenue, delivery, or customer success) in management, strategy, consulting, or fast-paced startup environments
  • High ownership mindset; you don't wait for permission or pass problems upstream
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions while moving fast
  • Outstanding communication skills - you can pitch a customer, rally a team, and present to the CXOs
  • Experience building and managing teams; you attract talent and get the best out of people
  • You understand AI/automation and get excited about what digital employees can do for businesses

  • You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or B2B services
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and actually prefer it to bureaucracy

Responsibilities

  • Own a P&L with clear revenue or contract targets - you are the CEO of your pod.
  • Drive exceptional customer experience across the full lifecycle - from initial pitch through implementation to ongoing success and renewals
  • Be deeply embedded with customers on-site when required to unblock progress, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead and manage your pod to ensure high-quality execution, strong customer outcomes, and healthy delivery economics
  • Work with Product to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities; be the voice of your market internally
  • Contribute to company-wide strategy and planning as a member of the leadership team
