About The Position

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Jurupa Valley location. This role is fully responsible for both the Parts and Service businesses and will oversee all facility operations, personnel, safety, customer experience, and financial performance. The General Manager will serve as the on‑site leader accountable for operational execution and business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in branch, location, or multi‑department operational management.
  • Strong background in Parts, Service, distribution, equipment, or related operational industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning a full P&L.
  • Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to relocate to the Jurupa Valley area if selected.
  • Hands‑on leader who is present on the floor, engaged with both Parts and Service teams.
  • Strong communicator who sets expectations clearly and builds accountability.
  • Able to stabilize operations while simultaneously driving performance improvements.
  • Prior experience leading full operational responsibility for a parts, service, branch, or facility environment.
  • Proven track record in employee development, customer service performance, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily operations for Parts, Service, and supporting functions.
  • Manage and develop the full location team, ensuring clear expectations and strong performance.
  • Drive operational excellence, including safety, customer experience, quality, and productivity.
  • Oversee facility management, inventory controls, service performance, and workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and deliver business results.
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
