SUMMARY: The General Manager is responsible for maintaining systems and procedures for all aspects of the Dining Program for which he/she oversees. The program services a population of 2,000 or less. The Director will ensure that all guidelines are adhered to in all locations, consistently. Stay current with regulations and ensure menus and processes are in compliance at all times.
