Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (fitness or retail preferred)
- Proven leadership and sales ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for health and fitness
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service
- Drive membership sales and retention through coaching and performance tracking
- Oversee operations, cleanliness, and club presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build community partnerships and represent the club at local events
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and KPI reporting
