This individual is responsible for managing sales plans and results, managing budgets and P&L statements, executing, and overseeing brand strategies, and hiring, training and developing a Retail Team for their location. The General Manager is responsible for driving revenue, hiring, training and developing top talent, while also directing and executing brand strategies and operations that attribute to the store’s overall success.
