About The Position

Were looking for a high-energy, people-loving General Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success and help establish a new legacy with our new retail concept established in 2012That Burger Joint. Youll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

Requirements

Weekend and evening availability
Carry up to 50lbs
Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day
Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad
Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)
Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations
Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized
Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites
Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers
Managing shifts and daily operations
Community relations and customer experience
Responsible for operating both co-branded concepts within 1 physical location.
Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties
Manage cost controls and inventory.
