Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior dealership leader (motorcycle or automotive preferred)
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for all departments (Sales, Service, Parts, F&I, and Administration)
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expense control while achieving dealership KPIs
  • Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing management team
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and legal requirements
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture
