Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce.   • Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive sales growth through executing marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment for both customers and employees.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • The ability to maintain a fun and healthy culture
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to coach the sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management or related field preferred
  • Three to five years or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer literacy to include a working knowledge of standard business applications (MS Outlook, Word and Excel), in a Windows environment.
