Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
Proven ability to manage operations, people, and finances successfully.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for bank deposits or shift coverage).
Passion for customer service and team building.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Manage inventory, food safety, and quality control to ensure excellent standards.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and operational costs, to drive profitability.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the restaurant.
Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and corporate policies related to safety, health, and labor laws.
