About The Position

EM Pizza is a growing Domino's Franchise group with 43 locations, offering numerous opportunities for growth, development, and promotion. This General Manager role is designed for a natural leader who can take charge. It's a demanding position requiring strong judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask within a fun and flexible work environment. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations, while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. The General Manager is expected to set an example for the crew and contribute to Domino's mission of being the best in pizza delivery. Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
  • Relevant Management experience
