About the Role: Head Coach (General Manager) Our Head Coaches are known for two things: developing great people and driving sales performance . This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring teams, owning results, and creating an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements

  • Proven success building high‑performing teams and driving sales
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, operations, and people leadership

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year as a General Manager preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop yourself and inspire the growth of your team
  • Lead by example while fostering a strong, values‑driven culture
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Players and Coaches
  • Deliver clear feedback, performance reviews, and career development support
  • Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and oversee restaurant financials
  • Ensure excellence across operations, food quality, inventory, and equipment
  • Manage budgets, payroll, vendors, cash handling, and reporting
  • Partner with marketing on promotions and community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with leadership using sound judgment and initiative
