About The Position

VP Management, a successful and growing property management company, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the General Manager in Charleston, WV. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and success of the company in the Charleston area. This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits: - Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 - Biweekly pay schedule - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Experience in property management or a related industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting financial goals and managing budgets
  • Familiarity with property management software and technology
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to property management
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
