Join Our Team in Boston, MAThe General Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, leads the day-to-day operations of a dynamic corporate dining account in Boston, MA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving operational excellence, inspiring high-performing teams, and building strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and strategic multitasker with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of foodservice operation experience in the same or similar level leadership role (AGM, GM)
  • Experience with high-volume production and catering is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
  • Local to Boston, MA

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the B&I account
  • Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account
  • Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
  • Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
  • Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
