About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and long-term expansion.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, logistics, team leadership, and growth initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution while building scalable systems to support continued growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general management, operations management, or a similar leadership role
• Strong background in logistics, operations, or service-based businesses
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and scale operations
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
