lead from the front, drive performance, and build a strong, people-first
culture. This role is responsible for owning the restaurant—from people to
profit—while delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational and financial performance
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, and inventory controls
• Passion for developing people and building strong teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team, including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members
• Own restaurant P&L performance, including sales growth, labor management, and cost control
• Drive results through effective scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
• Recruit, hire, and train team members to support a strong talent pipeline
• Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance with Popeyes brand standards, food safety, and labor laws
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Lead by example—setting the tone for energy, urgency, and hospitality
