About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Milpitas park. From guest services to financial oversight, team development to facility excellence, this role demands hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with ownership and collaborate with support teams to ensure that every guest enjoys the vibrant, active, and welcoming atmosphere that defines the Altitude experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food & beverage
  • Strong background in managing P&L, labor, inventory, and team performance
  • Excellent communication and motivational leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment like a top-tier mall
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physically able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences for families and communities

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of all departments: front desk, events, attractions, food & beverage, and maintenance
  • Monitor financial performance, manage P&L, labor, and inventory within budgeted goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational protocols
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining brand standards in a high-traffic retail environment
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier team members who embody Altitude's values
  • Set clear expectations, offer regular feedback, and build a performance-driven culture
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and supportive workplace that minimizes turnover
  • Identify and groom high-potential team members for promotion and leadership opportunities
  • Execute local marketing and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and visibility within Great Mall
  • Leverage mall events, promotions, and partnerships to attract new customers
  • Drive birthday party and group event bookings, ensuring consistent pipeline growth
  • Analyze data to identify trends and proactively improve revenue performance
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality, fun, and safe experience to every guest
  • Lead by example-be visible, responsive, and engaged on the floor
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and solutions-driven communication
  • Collect and act on feedback to constantly raise service standards
