The General Manager at Courtyard El Cajon is responsible for managing the overall operations to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in all areas: guest service, employee relations, revenue management, rooms and F&B operations, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial controls. Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining Excel Hotel group and brand standards.
