About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to efficiently run the store, ensure excellent customer service, and support team members. This role involves managing all aspects of store operations, including cost controls, inventory management, food quality, image standards, store cleanliness, and ensuring proper attendance and punctuality. The General Manager is also responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, maintaining food and team member safety standards, providing best-in-class customer service, and actively working to increase sales and profit potential for the store.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
