Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience (you’ve been around the grill)
High school diploma required
Strong leadership mojo with the ability to motivate and organize
Solid multitasking chops and a knack for hitting performance goals
A business brain with a heart for hospitality
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays – we’re always open
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed
Food Safety Manager Certification (or you're down to get it)
