Requirements

  • 3–5 years automotive management
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for profitability in all dealership departments
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts
  • Hire, mentor, and monitor performance of all department heads
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
  • Review KPIs daily and make adjustments to increase production
  • Assist in developing advertising and marketing strategies
  • Build relationships with employees and customers to support sales processes
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to staff
  • Assist managers in closing deals and attracting customers
  • Ensure effective inventory control
  • Maintain professional appearance and work ethic
  • Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record
