As a patient, long-term investor-operator, it aims to build significant enterprise value through both organic growth and acquisition. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure smooth functioning and profitability. Your role encompasses various tasks, including hiring and training staff, managing budgets and finances, maintaining quality standards for food and service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing strategies to attract and retain patrons. You must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage the restaurant's day-to-day activities and drive its success.
