About The Position

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a passionate, hands-on leader to manage daily operations and drive the success of our swim school. The General Manager oversees staff, customer experience, sales, safety, and facility operations—ensuring every family enjoys an exceptional “Golden Experience.”

Requirements

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience (hospitality, sports, aquatics, or youth programs preferred).
• Strong communication, people management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Certifications in Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Oversee swim instruction, customer service, sales, retail, and facility operations.
• Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, and administrative systems.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for swimmers and families.
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership on marketing and business growth.
• Champion employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
