About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The primary goal of this role is to efficiently run the store, ensure exceptional customer service, and provide support to team members. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all store operations, driving results, and maintaining high standards of food and team member safety.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
