About The Position

Envoy Air is seeking a General Manager to lead a team in running a safe, efficient, and effective operation while delivering top-notch service to American Airlines customers. This role involves the overall training compliance of the station and oversight and coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure maximum quality and safety of on-time movement of aircraft. The General Manager will drive accountability, build and manage a strong and motivated team, and be a visible and active leader, establishing lines of communication with employees. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
• Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
• Available to work non-standard work schedules, when necessary, due to changing or unplanned operational needs; including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
• Must be accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locations
