GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Directs the overall activities of all assigned communities’ management functions. Responsible for achieving the financial and operational goals established for the assigned communities. Responsibilities include operations of all physical assets, development, and implementation of company programs and standards, career development of property management, establishing and monitoring budgets, maintenance, revenue enhancing, and other capital improvements, contracted services, administration, reporting, and safety and compliance. The General Manager will be responsible for multiple assigned communities as determined by the Area Director. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to a Regional Manager or Regional Director SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Some or all the Property Team Associates and Managers
