This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll: Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards Provide smiling, friendly service to guests Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken? 🍗👀) Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued

Requirements
