Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in the swim or recreational industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for promoting aquatic safety and education.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of swim instruction and safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for all students and families.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive enrollment and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all swim programs.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
  • Foster relationships with parents and the community to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments of swim programs and services for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to align local operations with company goals.
