Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Appliance experience required
  • Years of progressive experience in a leadership role, preferably in the appliance industry .
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
